Join us for a seasonal workshop, including dinner and drinks, a Saturday afternoon of knowledge and gezelligheid!
Štrukli are classic Northern Croatian dumplings that can be served savoury as well as sweet. Like the name suggests, štrukli are closely related to štrudle (strudels) and the dough stretching technique is very similar to preparing yufka.
Tamara will teach you how to prepare and stretch your own dough for both štrukli en štrudle while sharing umissable tips and tricks for ingredients and variations.
If you want you can take a ball of dough to practice at home the day after.
